2. Service Description

 

The services offered by Sachka SARL include pre-recorded videos and downloadable files that are accessible after purchase. The training is accessible without time limitations and is protected by copyright. The content of the training cannot be downloaded, copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed by any means without the express permission of Sachka SARL.

 

3. Pricing and Payment Methods

 

The prices for the training courses are as follows:

 • Course A: 99 CHF

 • Course B: 499 CHF

 

Prices may change at any time, but once a purchase is made, the price paid will not be altered. Payments are made in Swiss Francs (CHF). The currently accepted payment method is credit card. Payment is required before gaining access to the training content.

 

4. Access to Training and Use of Content

 

 • Access to the training is granted immediately after purchase.

 • The courses can be accessed online and viewed on a computer, mobile phone, or iPad.

 • The content of the training is protected by copyright, and its use is strictly limited to personal use. It is strictly prohibited to share, download, upload, or reproduce any part of the content without prior authorization from Sachka SARL.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

 

 • According to Article 216b of the Swiss Code of Obligations, once the course is purchased, immediate access to the training is granted, and the right of withdrawal is excluded. However, we offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase, provided that you have not started viewing the content significantly( 25% of the total amount of videos or less than 10 videos).After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

.  European Customers: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content cannot be refunded once accessed if the customer explicitly waives their right of withdrawal. By purchasing our courses and accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to waive this right. Your right to a refund is limited to 3 days as outlined in these terms and conditions.

 

6. Liability for Injuries and Disclaimer

 

 • By accessing and participating in our training, you acknowledge that practicing kung-fu movements involves physical risks, including injuries. You agree to practice at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

 • Sachka SARL declines any responsibility for injuries, accidents, or bodily harm incurred while practicing the exercises. We recommend practicing progressively and consulting a healthcare professional before starting any intense physical activity.

 • It is advisable to warm up properly before each session.

 • If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians to participate in the training. Sachka SARL will not be held responsible for injuries to minors in the absence of parental consent.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content of the training is protected by copyright. You are only authorized to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the content for purposes other than personal use is prohibited and will constitute a violation of copyright.

 

8. User Behavior

 

Users must behave respectfully within the community associated with the training. Any abusive behavior, including the use of hate speech, racism, or discrimination, may result in exclusion from the platform without refund. Sachka SARL reserves the right to revoke access to the training in case of violation of these behavioral rules.

 

9. Protection of Personal Data

 

Personal data collected during the purchase of the training is used to process your order, provide you with access to the training, and offer customer support. 10. Content Updates Clause

 

Sachka SARL reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance the training content at any time without notice. Users will have access to these updates free of charge as long as they are directly related to the purchased training. However, major additions or modifications may incur an additional charge.

 

11. Anti-Fraud Clause

 

Sachka SARL reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the training in cases of proven fraud or suspicious payment activity. Any attempt at fraud will be pursued in accordance with applicable law.

 

12. Non-Transferability of Access

 

Access to the training is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to a third party. Any attempt to transfer access or share content is prohibited and may result in the revocation of access without refund.

 

13. Content Guarantee

 

Although we strive to provide quality content, Sachka SARL cannot guarantee that the training will meet all personal expectations due to the diversity of practices and individual results. However, we commit to providing full access to the training content as described at the time of purchase.

 

 1. Advance Notice: We commit to informing customers within a reasonable timeframe (at least 30 days in advance) of any permanent shutdown of the platform or unavailability of the videos.

 2. Limited Liability:

 • As the courses are accessible immediately upon purchase, the service is considered fully delivered once the customer accesses the content.

 • Sachka SARL cannot be held liable for any loss of access resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as business closure or the termination of an agreement with the third-party platform.

 3. Alternative Solutions: In the event of service discontinuation, Sachka SARL may, at its discretion, offer alternatives such as:

 • Allowing customers to download the videos before the platform is permanently shut down.

 • Transferring the content to a new platform, if feasible.

 

No Guarantee of Lifetime Access

 Sachka SARL does not guarantee perpetual or unlimited access to the content. By purchasing our courses, you acknowledge and agree that access may be interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

 14. Applicable Law and Disputes

 

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Sion, Switzerland, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

 

15. Force Majeure

 

Sachka SARL will not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events, such as unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control (technical issues, natural disasters, etc.).
