Refund policy

1. Refund Eligibility

 You are eligible for a refund if:

  You request the refund within 3 days of your purchase, by submitting a written request to [email protected] 

 . You have not started viewing the content significantly (25% of the videos or 10 videos)

Specific provisions Based on customer location:

European Customers: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content cannot be refunded once accessed if customer explicitly waives their right of withdrawal. By purchasing our courses, you agree to waive this right. Your right to a refund is limited to 3 days as described in the refund policy. 

 

 2. How to Request a Refund

 To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase, providing the following information:

  Your full name

  The email address used for the purchase

  The course you purchased

  Your reason for requesting a refund

 Our support team will review your request and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.

 3. Refund Process

   If your request is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.

  The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 4. Non-Refundable Purchases

   No refunds will be issued after the 3-day period has passed.

 5. Exceptions

  In certain cases, such as technical difficulties preventing access to the training content, we may offer an exception to the refund policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience issues accessing the course.
